This location is a must for those who love a thin-disk pizza topped with quality ingredients. Valerio Di Bratto transformed this place from a recreational club and bar into a pizzeria in 2015. He works the oven with his young sons Pietro and Alessandro offering a light, digestible and tasty pizza that is prepared with a slow-leavened dough, and mostly locally produced ingredients that are selected with care. An icon of this pizzeria is the so-called “strappata” (torn), which is dough cooked in the wood oven that, when inflated to perfection, it is taken out of the oven and literally torn open and stuffed. The spacious, and air-conditioned spaces, as well as a friendly serving staff, make it a very nice experience.
