Ranzani 13 è uno dei primi esempi di pizza gourmet che sbarca in città e, dopo una decina d’anni di consolidata esperienza, rappresenta un indirizzo di primo piano per i pizza lovers. Diverse scelte di “frittini” per cominciare e poi le pizze, tradizionali, gourmet e un capitolo a parte dedicato alla margherita. Non manca la soddisfazione per gli irriducibili della carne, con hamburger accattivanti.  Scura, ambrata, amara, acida: qui la birra artigianale è un’istituzione e la proposta cambia frequentemente. Quelle del giorno si leggono sulla lavagna all’ingresso. Bella la possibilità di assaggiare le pizze in quarti, per provare diverse farciture. Servizio solerte, a tratti frettoloso, ma mai sgarbato.
