Salvatore Mugnano – Pizza e Passione



This is a simple and very welcoming pizzeria with the possibility of eating inside or outside. You will find a variety of proposals of Neapolitan pizzas; for example with normal dough, gluten-free, or whole wheat. There is also a traditional pizza baked in a round pan, which is an ancient Neapolitan recipe from 1884.  It has a soft and fluffy dough. Great care and detail is put into the selection of the raw material used. All the products used are DOP or IGP. The pizzas are very digestible thanks to the sourdough starter and the long leavening time. There are also salads, antipasti, and first course dishes from the Neapolitan tradition on the menu. The staff is discreet and attentive. The beer selection is good and also contains several craft beers that come from small producers.
