Nel 2015 Valentino Tafuri ha imboccato la strada della ricerca e della qualità. Oggi ama definire il suo locale pizzificio: qui propone, oltre alle classiche tonde, la pizza cilentana, il ripieno, il quadrotto e il pane. Tutto ha una lunga lievitazione e ruota sul menu stagionale con materie prime selezionate con cura anche fra le eccellenze della Piana del Sele. Buoni i croissant, i pain au chocolat, le girelle con uvetta e altre delizie per la colazione. Arredamento minimal, saletta riservata per degustazioni e spazio cantina per eventi con i produttori. Servizio professionale e cortese.

In 2015 Valentino Tufuri embarked on a quest for quality. Today he likes to define his establishment as a pizzificio (pizzeria and bakery). Besides offering the classic round pizzas you will also find the Cilentana pizza, stuffed pizza, quadrotto and bread. All baked products have a long leavening time. The menu is seasonal with raw materials that are carefully selected and include excellent products from the Piana del Sele. The croissants are very good, as are the pain au chocolat, sweet rolls with raisins and other breakfast delights. The décor is minimalistic. There is a private room dedicated to tasting and space in the wine cellar for events with producers. The service is courteous and professional.
