Locale storico della città che da qualche mese a questa parte si è reinventato anche come pizzeria. Possiamo dire che la scommessa fatta dai proprietari è stata vinta. La posizione del locale è invidiabile, oltre ad essere in uno dei corsi centrali della città offre anche un porticato che viene sfruttato come giardino così da poter mangiare all’aperto. Lo staff di sala anche se giovane risulta molto preparato e gentile oltre che veloce nell’evadere le richieste dei clienti. L’impasto della pizza è molto buono ed appare subito che ha subito una lunga lievitazione; a rendere inoltre il tutto squisito ci sono gli ingredienti ricercati e di ottima qualità.

This is a historic establishment in this city, and for a few months now it has also been serving pizza.  All we can say is that this idea on the part of the owners was an excellent one.  The location of the venue is enviable; besides being in one of the central streets of the city, it also has a portico that has been transformed into a garden for outdoor dining.  The dining room staff, although young, is very well prepared and kind.  It is also quick and efficient in satisfying the patrons’ requests.  The dough for the pizza is very good and you can tell immediately that it has undergone a long leavening process.  It is enhanced by the exquisite ingredients topping the pizza that are of the highest quality.
