Sistemata in un ampio dehors nel centro di Ventimiglia, la pizzeria dispone di due sale, entrambe ben arredate e molto luminose. Il servizio è cortese e sollecito. Le materie prime sono di primissima qualità, con numerosi prodotti a marchio DOP e IGP. Anche le miscele delle farine sono state accuratamente selezionate e sperimentate sul campo. Le lievitazioni, molto lunghe, vengono vagliate continuamente. Con la stessa meticolosità viene svolto il lavoro di ricerca per proporre alla clientela nuovi impasti. Ne consegue un prodotto di alta qualità, gustoso, croccante e molto digeribile. Ciò è confermato dal crescente numero di avventori provenienti dalla vicina Francia. Vale una sosta.

This pizzeria is located inside a beautiful indoor veranda-like dining area in the center of Ventimiglia.  It has two dining rooms, which are both well-furnished and very bright. The service is courteous and prompt. The raw materials used are of the highest quality, with numerous DOP- and IGP-marked products. The flour blends have also been carefully selected and tested and the very long leavenings are continuously supervised. The research work is carried out with meticulousness in order to propose new combinations to the customers.  The result is a tasty, high-quality product featuring a crunchy and very digestible dough. Such quality is substantiated by the growing number of people coming in from the neighboring France. It is definitely worth a stop.
