Pizza Week Spain Edition 2025 will take place from May 26th to June 2nd, and will involve the best pizzerias in Spain for 50 Top Pizza:
45 pizzerias will be the protagonists of a week full of events, and they will involve master pizza makers and chefs, products and producers, in the name of quality and the desire to network.

Padellino made from 100% durum wheat semolina, topped with a warm stew of wild mushrooms and a rich jus of slow-roasted chicken.

Teglia-style pizza with delicate baby shrimp in manteca colorà – a spiced, Andalusian-inspired butter – finished with tender seasonal greens, crafted with a special blend of Petra flours.
