Pizza Week Switzerland Edition 2025 will take place from May 19^th to May 25^th, and will involve the best pizzerias in Switzerland for 50 Top Pizza:

22 pizzerias will be the protagonists of a week full of events, and they will involve master pizza makers and chefs, products and producers, in the name of quality and the desire to network.

ACQUA E FARINA
Via Canova, 9 - Lugano

Serata Esclusiva a Quattro Mani & Masterclass

Four-hands evening with Castrese Mallardo, master pizza chef of Acqua e Farina, and Salvatore Salvo, master pizza chef of the pizzeria Salvo in Naples, with an interactive masterclass on Italian products of excellence used during the event.

During the evening, representatives of companies that produce Italian products of excellence, such as Latteria Sorrentina, Solania and D’Amico, will be present.

PizzAarau

Special four-hands pizza with Ilario Ninni, master pizza chef of Ninni, and Salvatore Benanti, chef of Ristorante La Palma in Oeschgen, paired with Italian wines.
